DAY 01: EUROPE – BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA Reception at the airport and transfer to hotel of your choice. Optional activities (not included): After lunch, we can take a City tour of Buenos Aires, visiting the most famous neighborhoods and La Plata River. DAY 02: BARILOCHE – CERRO CATEDRAL SKI RESORT |
Breakfast and transfer from the hotel in Buenos Aires to the Airport and assistance to check in the national flight to Bariloche. Reception at the airport of Bariloche. Transfer in private vans to the hotel of your choice, located in Bariloche or Villa Cerro Catedral. Accommodation at the hotel and then we’ll go straight to the Ski Resort Cerro Catedral for our first day of skiing (half day). Lunch in one of the ski resort’s restaurant. DAY 03: BARILOCHE – CERRO CATEDRAL SKI RESORT – VILLA LA ANGOSTURA |
Cerro Catedral is one of the most modern Ski Resort in South America, with excellent facilities, featuring 39 available lifts (one cable car, 8 draglifts and 30 chairlifts), among which you will find the modern chairlift sextuplet Superbubble, with disengagement. The Resort has the most extensive skiable surface of South America: over 2,964 acres (1,200 hectares), half of which comprises prepared runs, while the other half is off-piste terrain with breathtaking views and exciting adventure. Cerro Catedral has more than 1,482 acres (600 hectares) of east-facing slopes suitable for skiing. Its direct and close-to-base access to runs makes of Catedral a unique resort, with the most complete facilities on Base. The maximum reachable height above sea level, at 6,892 ft. (2,100 m), offers one of the most impressive views of the Andes mountain chain. This Mountain Resort is very popular in Argentina, getting crowded during the ski season. For those interested in more than skiing, there are many bars, restaurants and even a shopping-mall in the area. Today at Cerro Catedral we’ll go skiing on and off-piste with a beautiful view to the Nahuel Huapi Lake. After skiing we’ll leave Bariloche and drive for 90 minutes to Villa La Angostura, where we’ll have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of your choice. / B / L / D / |

DAY 04: VILLA LA ANGOSTURA – CERRO BAYO SKI CENTER |
Today we’ll visit Cerro Bayo, a friendly and calmer ski center located in the Bayo Hill, which is also facing the Lake Nahuel Huapi. The experience at this Resort is quite different than in Bariloche, because it has a local touch that makes it more intimate. The ski center has 7 chairlifts and 4 draglifts, offering 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) of groomed runs, divided in 20 runs for all ski levels and 4 kilometers (2.5) of non-patrolled off-piste terrain that goes from the top of the hill to the base throughout native forests. DAY 05: VILLA LA ANGOSTURA – SAN MARTÍN DE LOS ANDES |
We will enjoy this morning skiing in Cerro Bayo. At noon we’ll have lunch at the ski center and then get back to the hotel. We will take our luggage already packed and head to San Martin de Los Andes, driving during four hours throughout the Argentinean Patagonia. Arriving to San Martín we’ll check in at the hotel of your choice and have dinner in a town’s restaurant. / B / L / D / |

DAY 06: SAN MARTIN DE LOS ANDES – CERRO CHAPELCO SKI CENTER |
During all day you will be able to enjoy the excellent slopes and snow conditions of Cerro Chapelco. This ski center offers 140 hectares (345 acres) of skiable terrain, divided in 22 runs of different ski levels. There is cable-car with capacity for six people that takes you from the base to 1.600 meters over the sea level (5.250 feet), from there you have 5 chairlifts (2 quad, 1 triple and 2 double chairlifts) and 4 draglifts to go anywhere your ski level can take you with safety. Return to San Martín, where we will have dinner in a restaurant and stay overnight at the hotel of your choice./ B / L / D / |

DAY 07: SAN MARTIN DE LOS ANDES – HUILO HUILO, CHILE |
Today we leave Argentina and head for Chile. After an early morning breakfast we’ll drive 1½ hours along the Lacar Lake until we get to the Chilean border and go through customs. We’ll continue driving for a few kilometers towards the Pirihueico Lake on the Chilean side, and board a ferry boat that will take us across the lake. After two hours we’ll arrive to Puerto Fuy and the protected wild area of Huilo – Huilo. Upon our arrival, there will be outdoor hot-tubs carved into tree trunks ready for us to sink into and relax. Here we’ll check in at the lodging of your choice (lodge or cabins), where we’ll enjoy dinner and stay overnight. / B / L / D / |

DAY 08: HUILO HUILO – MOCHO & CHOSHUENCO VOLCANOES |
Today we’ll experience the fantastic adventure of climbing two volcanoes in one day. After an early morning breakfast we’ll take a Unimog truck and go off-road through the native forest until we reach the snow. There, a Pisten Bully will be waiting to take us for an hour-long ride to a plateau at the skirts of both volcanoes. There aren’t any ski lifts, so skinning and hiking are the only ways to reach the top of both volcanoes, Mocho (2.422 meters / 7.946 feet) and Choshuenco (2.415 meters / 7.923 feet). The views are absolutely amazing, overlooking the Lanín and Villarrica volcanoes. We’ll be back to Huilo Huilo around 6 p.m. where we’ll have a snack. DAY 09: HUILO - HUILO – PUCÓN |
After breakfast we can go skiing off-piste in the morning or embark on some other adventurous activities in the Park Huilo Huilo, such as canopy, trekking or horseback riding. Then we’ll have lunch in Huilo – Huilo and followed by driving to Pucón. Accommodation at the hotel of your choice. Dinner and lodging in Pucón. / B / L / D / |

DAY 10: PUCÓN - VILLARRICA VOLCANO |
Early in the morning (7 am) we will go to Pucón Ski Center, If the weather permits, today we’ll have the chance to hike up the Villarrica volcano (2.847 meters / 9.340 feet) and reach its active crater, and then ski off-piste all the way down (only if you have an advanced level of skiing). We will always be accompanied by our specialized guides. The ascent lasts approximately 6 hours and only 30 minutes to ski down. The center has 9 ski-lifts (5 draglifts and 3 chairlifts), and 20 runs to choose from. The views from the slopes overlooking Lake Villarrica and the surrounding volcanoes are fabulous. At the base of the resort there is a lively cafeteria, and a nice terrace to relax and enjoy your meal. Return to Pucón for dinner, and lodging at the hotel of your choice./ B / L / D / |

DAY 11: PUCÓN – PUCON SKI CENTER – HUIFE HOT SPRINGS |
Today we can choose if we go skiing again to Pucón Ski Center; try our second attempt to get to the crater if we couldn’t make it the day before; or do some other activities such as rafting in Trancura River or visit Pucón and its surrounding areas. In the afternoon we’ll go to Huife Hot Springs, a thermal center located by the Liucura River and surrounded by stunning native forests. We’ll have a buffet dinner at Huife’s restaurant and then head back to Pucón. Lodging at the hotel of your choice. / B / L / D / |

DAY 12: PUCÓN – LAS ARAUCARIAS SKI CENTER, LLAIMA VOLCANO |
After breakfast we leave Pucón and head to the Llaima Volcano. At about noon we’ll be arriving at the Araucarias Ski Center, where we’ll have lunch. Later, we’ll get ready for skiing. This quaint and uncrowded ski center surrounded by araucaria forests has two draglifts and one double chairlift. There are nine runs available to choose from according to your skiing level. Like most of the southern ski centers, you’ll be astonished by the view to other volcanoes, in this case Lonquimay and Villarrica. Dinner and accommodation at the Ski Center lodge called Refugio Pehuén. Tonight in the bar, the group will have the opportunity to sing Sinatra and The Beatles karaoke style (awards to be given at a later date). This mountain lodge only has four large dorm style rooms available with bunk-beds and separate toilets for men and women. / B / L / D / |

DAY 13: LAS ARAUCARIAS SKI CENTER, LLAIMA VOLCANO – MALALCAHUELLO |
Today we’ll try to attempt the summit of the most active volcano in Chile, the Llaima (3.125 meters / 10.253 feet). If the weather permits and assisted by snow-cars, we’ll reach as close as possible to the top, and then start a challenging hike to the crater. In the afternoon we’ll begin the off-piste descent back to the lodge. Then we’ll head toward Curacautín and arrive at the little village of Malalcahuello after 3 hours. We’ll check in at hotel of your choice and have dinner. / B / L / D / |

DAY 14: MALALCAHUELLO – CORRALCO, LONQUMAY VOLCANO |
Today we’ll enjoy the excellent slopes and unmatched snow conditions of this ski center. Corralco Mountain Center offers 500 acres (200 hectares) of uncrowded ski runs for all levels of ski and snowboard lovers. This mountain resort has one draglift for the beginner runs and one double chairlift for medium and advanced skiers, more than enough to enjoy this beautiful terrain. The view from above is absolutely stunning, overlooking fantastic peaks of the Andean Araucanía, such as Sierra Nevada (2.554 meters / 8.379 feet) and Llaima volcano, as well as more distant landmarks like Lanín volcano (3.710 meters / 12.172 feet) to the south. Once you reach the end of the chairlift you’ll have seven runs to choose from as well as a vast 2,470 acres (1.000 hectares) ski domain to go off-piste through valleys and gullies. Additionally, if we have favorable weather conditions, we’ll try to ascend the Lonquimay volcano and reach its massive crater (2.865 meters / 9.400 feet). From the end of the chairlift we’ll begin the tough hike to the top (4 hours). Upon reaching the top we’ll take in the magnificent view and then begin skiing off-piste to the bottom of the slopes. This activity is strictly reserved for those people in strong physical condition and an advanced level of skiing. Dinner and lodging at the hotel of your choice. / B / L / D / |

DAY 15: CORRALCO, LONQUIMAY VOLCANO |
Today we’ll ski in the morning until lunch time. Then in the afternoon we’ll visit the Malalcahuello Hot Springs, the most modern of the region to relax and enjoy the soothing baths. The resort has a fully equipped large indoor thermal pool, and two small pools at different temperatures (one very cold and one very hot). The Spa offers massages and beauty therapy services for an additional cost. For those more interested in revelry and merry making, there is a restaurant and bar. Later we’ll enjoy a Folk Music Show at the local School and then we’ll share a typical dinner at a local family house. Lodging at the hotel of your choice./ B / L / D / |
