CASABLANCA VALLEY BOUTIQUE VINEYARDS WINE TOUR

We will drive north–west of Santiago one hour to the zone of Lo Orozco, in the outstanding Casablanca Valley, surrounded by rolling hills rich in native vegetation we will find the boutique winery Catrala, because of its proximity to the coast, it receives light marine breezes that creates a template climate with mild temperatures, not so rainy winters and extended summers. The results, proper ripeness, well balanced in regardless to sugar and acid levels with excellent concentration in aromas and colors. We will go to the vineyards and then enjoy a private wine tasting.

Afterwards we are going to drive toward the coast to enjoy an exclusive menu perfectly married with those exceptional wines at the famous restaurant “San Marcos”. Then, we’ll visit the winery Viña Mar, delicate, distinguished and full of character are the ultimate goal of this winery. Handpicked grapes are classified in order to get most concentrated and ripe ones .Wines features an innovative, unique and bold winemaking style which intends to naturally enhance its terroir characteristics. We will taste their excellent wines and beside we are going to see their cellar including their champagne production.
